Getting the contributing of the pension scheme

The contributing application can be got from the Division of the Social Insurance Pension situated in the District Secretariat or from the Social Service Officer of the Region, Economic Development Officer, Samurdhi Officer

The duly filled application can be handed over to the Division of the Social Insurance Pension or the officers mentioned above. The first installment should be paid in handing over

Paying installments

The installments can be paid at any post office and a pass book is issued for that

The installments can be paid at any branch of the People’s bank or Bank of Ceylon using the bank credit card of SSB!0 issued by the Social Insurance Board for that

Giving death and disabled benefits

To the Division of Social Insurance pension of the District Secretariat within 90 days after the death/after the disability of the relevant contributor

Getting the additional educational benefits of the pre planning pension scheme of Arassawa

The guardians should present the relevant request to the Division of the Social Insurance Pension of the District Secretariat within 90 days after issuing the results

Amending the deed

Changing the address by changing the residence

Amending the contributor’s / guardian’s name

Amendment of the post heirs A request with the certified photocopy of the document which is to be amended to make the above amendments

Checking the payments of the installments

By presenting a letter of request with a photocopy of the installment pass book or calling on 037 2221895
